About Southern Home Handyman
Adam started Southern Home Handyman because he saw too many homeowners getting burned by contractors who didn’t show up, didn’t communicate, or didn’t care about the quality of their work. But for Adam, quality work isn’t just a business philosophy—it’s in his blood.
Growing up, he watched his grandfather, his dad, and his uncles craft everything from custom birdhouses to designing air guns. His dad renovated their entire basement himself, back when DIY meant figuring it out on your own instead of watching YouTube videos. In Adam’s family, you didn’t shy away from a project just because you hadn’t done it before.
That fearless approach to craftsmanship defines everything we do today. Adam has built custom furniture from end tables to wine racks, and he’s just as comfortable measuring in 64ths of an inch as he is operating a backhoe to dig drainage ditches. Whether it’s excavation work or hanging picture frames with the perfect precision that makes a room look just right, no project is too big or too small.
Adam personally trains and oversees our skilled teams, ensuring that every job reflects the same standards that built our reputation. His son has also become an integral part of Southern Home Handyman, bringing fresh energy while upholding the family values our clients trust.
