Welcome to Southern Home Handyman, a division of Boxwood Enterprises LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website located at www.southernhomehandyman.com (the “Website”), and any services we provide through it.
Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Website, submitting a service request, or interacting with us digitally, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Southern Home Handyman is a premium home maintenance and repair service operated by Boxwood Enterprises LLC, a licensed home improvement contractor in the state of Tennessee. We work with a trusted network of independent subcontractors to deliver reliable, high-quality results.
- Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:
- Use the site for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purposes.

All leads and jobs booked through the Website are owned and managed by Southern Home Handyman. Subcontractors are not permitted to circumvent our platform to work directly with customers introduced through our system.
- Subcontractor Work & Accountability
We assign subcontractors to complete work based on their trade specialty, availability, and qualifications. All subcontractors:
- Are independent entities, not employees of Boxwood Enterprises LLC.
- Must carry their own insurance and licenses (as applicable).
- Have agreed to uphold our service standards and pricing integrity.
Customers must not engage subcontractors directly for future work. Violating this policy may result in termination of services and possible legal recourse.
- Payments & Deposits
- All pricing and payments will be clearly stated in the proposal or estimate.
- A deposit may be required to schedule work (typically 30%).
- Final payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, or other digital platforms.
- Refunds & Disputes
We stand by the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided:
- Notify us within 5 business days of the job’s completion.
- We reserve the right to inspect and, if appropriate, correct the issue.
- Refunds or partial refunds will be issued at our discretion.
Chargebacks without communication will be considered a breach of contract.
- Remote Oversight Disclaimer
Southern Home Handyman may utilize remote management technologies to monitor scheduling, communication, and quality control. This ensures service consistency, but all work is performed by locally dispatched, qualified subcontractors.
We prioritize responsiveness and personal connection—our managers are available for calls, check-ins, and follow-ups as needed.
- Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including logos, graphics, photos, and copy, is the property of Boxwood Enterprises LLC or its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
- Privacy
